Like many new parents, I poured my heart into nurturing my baby with love, routines, and responsiveness. Yet, even after the newborn stage, sleep still felt unpredictable. My daughter, Freya, is now one, has started nursery, and I’ve returned to work—so I deeply understand the challenge of balancing work, life, and a baby who still needs us at night.
I tried all the advice, downloaded all the apps, and even sought out sleep coaches. But instead of clarity, I found more confusion and pressure to "fix" something that wasn't broken. That’s when I realized—sleep doesn’t need to be a battle, and families don’t need to follow rigid methods to find balance and rest.

Her mentorship has reinforced my belief that sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all—every baby is unique, and every family deserves compassionate, sustainable solutions.

Every baby is different – Some babies sleep long stretches early, others need more support for longer, and that’s okay. I don’t rush and also make sure everyone gets the rest they need.
