What happens during the Consultation ?

Once we had the Discovery Call and we decided we are a good match, next step is to book your service package. All service packages include a Consultation. Your 60-minute consultation is the foundation of our work together. We will review and interpret your 5-day Sleep Diary in detail, spotting patterns and areas for improvement. Discuss all underlying factors impacting sleep, such as feeding, allergies, sensory needs, developmental stages, and family routines.
